My live music experiences

I thought it would be a great idea to share my experience of attending these concerts, here at the blog. In this post, I shall talk about my Western Music concert experiences.

I was only 8 years old when I attended my first live concert at Wembley Stadium, which was for the legend Michael Jackson during his Dangerous tour in 1992. I went with my family and unfortunately te concert got cancelled the first time round, and so we went again on the re-scheduled date. The atmosphere was electric to say the least, and as I was only 8 years old, I was totally overwhelmed with the level of the music, and audience noise but I am extremely grateful to this day, that I had the opportunity to witness a legend and Music icon like MJ, perform live.

After seeing MJ, I have seen many artists such as Bryan Adams, Neil Diamond, Cliff Richard, The Corrs, boybands Westlife (twice) and Blue. The second Westlife concert that I went too was even more spectacular than the first, as it was called ‘in the round’ as their stage was centered in the middle of the Earl’s Court arena! I found all of these concerts extremely enjoyable, regardless if they were just solo artists or groups. I cannot recommend enough just how important it is for any Music lover, to attend at least one live concert. Not only will it change your outlook towards Music, but you will begin to appreciate your favourite artist even more!

The 2 Western Music artists that I haven’t yet seen and really want to see, are Anastacia and Simply Red. I really do hope to attend their shows during their next tours! If you have seen any Western Music artists live, do share your experience in the comments below.
