The Bob Dylan Birthday Celebration celebrates the songs of Bob Dylan, interpreted by some of the best musicians in the Hudson Valley – internationally known and up-and-coming. Always a sell-out, the concert has become a Woodstock Memorial Day Weekend tradition. Since 2014, all proceeds from the event have gone to the Family of Woodstock 24-Hr. Hotline & Textline and the John Herald Fund.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Family of Woodstock Hotline. Formed by a group of volunteers in 1970, the Hotline has been helping members of the community with “any problem under the sun”, 24 hours 365 days a year for 50 years.

The John Herald Fund, administered by Family of Woodstock, helps local musicians and visual artists with small financial needs such as car repairs, electric, fuel and medical bills. The Bob Dylan Birthday Celebration is one of the main sources of funding for the John Herald Fund. We know times are tough for everyone but, if you’re able, please consider making a donation.
