Well, there’s a headline I didn’t think I would be writing! While the latest release from my favourite artist discovery of 2019, Jack Savoretti is Greatest Mistake, Jack has recently released the music video to his collaboration with international artist Mika, Youth and Love. Popular and celebrated actor David Bradley features in this music video.

The track Youth and Love originally features on Jack’s gold, number one UK album Singing to Strangers and is definitely a song of the summer. More recently Jack revealed that he had collaborated with singer Mika who turns the collab onto a french affair, which you can listen to below.

I am so very excited for this week’s New Music Monday as it features music from two of my utmost favourite artists Simply Red and Jack Savoretti.

Jack Savoretti has embarked on his Singing to Strangers tour this year, and while he is currently on a break, his tour will resume in Autumn until the rest of the year. If you are considering attending one of his shows (which you really should be!), you might enjoy reading my concert review of seeing Jack perform earlier in the year at Wembley Arena. After the release of the summer anthem Youth and Love from the Singing to Strangers album (a newer version of the song featured additional vocals from Italian artist Mika), Jack has now released a brand new version of Greatest Mistake.

New music Monday is back with the latest release from Westlife which is Dynamite, the third single to release from their forthcoming album Spectrum.

Dynamite is yet another awesome Westlife and Ed Sheeran collaboration and is of course, a romantic themed song, not as upbeat as Hello My Love considering the title, but equally as romantic. The song features Shane and Mark primarily on the vocals along with Nicky and Kian, and just when you thought they had forgotten about it, right before the song is about to end, comes the infamous key change that features in nearly all of Westlife’s songs.
