Presented by Scarlet River PR and Follow Your Arrow UK, The Hidden Lyrics event delves into the attention-to-detail, passion and artistic talent that goes into creating a song. Each of the featured songwriters will strip back their songs to the bare-bones, sharing with the audience the story behind them, how they came to be, before performing them acoustically. Each artist will perform three songs each at the in-the-round style event.

Laura Evans, Gareth Lewis and Eleri Angharad will headline the event at Acapela Studio. Bob Fitzgerald, Rebecca Hurn and Jake Weller will be performing alongside them.

UK-based country pop artist Sarah Louise has released her latest single My Grandparents and Me an audio ode fuelled with memories and nostalgia reflecting on the special relationship she had with her grandparents.

With a melodic, soft-toned and soulful voice, Sarah Louise grabs the attention of her audiences by creating music that represents her love of country music – meaningful lyrics, delicate harmonies and memorable melodies. The Essex-based writer is inspired by artists that tell stories of their lyrics, encouraging her to write about moments in her life that may resonate and help others get in touch with their feelings. She has been recognised for her talent, named as a finalist for British Country Music Association’s Female Vocalist of the Year 2021 & 2022, UK Country Music Awards Album and Artist of the Year 2022.
