Whilst career highs have included performing alongside a host of industry stars from UB40 to Elkie Brooks, Jason Donovan to James Arthur, attending The Long Road Festival in 2019 inspired Nicola to put pen to paper, writing a number of songs inspired by her own life experiences.

Presented by Scarlet River PR and Follow Your Arrow UK, The Hidden Lyrics event delves into the attention-to-detail, passion and artistic talent that goes into creating a song. Each of the featured songwriters will strip back their songs to the bare-bones, sharing with the audience the story behind them, how they came to be, before performing them acoustically. Each artist will perform three songs each at the in-the-round style event.

Laura Evans, Gareth Lewis and Eleri Angharad will headline the event at Acapela Studio. Bob Fitzgerald, Rebecca Hurn and Jake Weller will be performing alongside them.
